The Bourse Coworking Building – The best Shared Workspace in New Haven!

The Bourse is located in the heart of downtown New Haven on the 2nd floor of the historic English Building. We’re close to many restaurants and housing units, including the brand new 360 State Street complex. Our neighbors in the building include the English Market, Sarah Aldrich Pilates, Salon Lulu, and Robert Orr & Associates LLC – Architects, Landscape Architects and Urbanism.

Street parking is plentiful as well as surface lots and structured parking. More than 1,000 parking spaces are within a 5 minute walk of our building. Inquire about our negotiated parking rates. If you are biking to The Bourse Coworking Loft, we have a bike rack in front of the building as well as in the Federal Plaza. We are around the corner from The Devil’s Gear Bike Shop.

Security: Entry to the 2nd floor, where The Bourse is located, requires keycard access or numeric code that will be provided on your first visit if you are a full time member. During normal business hours (9AM-5:30PM), you will be buzzed in if you are meeting someone or a first-time visitor.
